Fluffy's Fifty Brew Club
This promotion has now kicked off!  We are ordering several higher end premium beers for those customers that want to try something unique and differant.  This is for the true beer afiicionados!  If you are interested in taking the Fluffy's 50 Brews challenge, inquire with the bartender.  Every month or so we will order a fresh new round of higher end brews like stouts, sours, lambics, gueuze, and what ever jumps out when ordering.  There should be 5-6 favors to try until they run out and are replaced with a new one.  If you sign up, tell the bartender you are a member of the 50 brews challenge at ordering and they will get your name and track the differart types that you try.  If you try over 50 differant types over time, you will become a member of the 50 brews club.  This will include your name on the wall at Fluffy's, a comemerative T-Shirt, and a lifetime discount on premium beers.  There is no time limit to complete this challenge but it will take a while as new flavors are only ordered when the old ones run out.  This is a way we are trying to give back to our true hard core fans!  Below is the menu for this month.

Lindeman’s Kriek                                                                    $9

Peter Breugel pictured happy peasants dancing and drinking Kriek - lambic with cherries - in the 17th century. Lindemans has brewed Kriek since 1822; it was the first Lindemans fruit lambic imported into the US, around 1980. Deep red color; purplish-pink head. Bouquet of freshly harvested cherries; sparkling, smooth, fruity and refreshing, finishing semi-dry.

Lindeman’s Peche                                                                 $9

Suggested to Lindemans Brewery by Merchant du Vin in the early 1980s, the sweet rich flavor of ripe peaches is a perfect foil to the complex demanding flavor of lambic.  Glowing golden color, with a nose that fills the room with the aroma of fresh peaches. Peche offers a sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of sweet orchard fruit woven together with lambic tartness & acidity.

Lindeman’s Framboise                                                        $9

Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader.  Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste, with inviting raspberry supported by lambic complexity. Deep reddish-purple color with pink head.
